Refund and Returns Policy for Codeetopis

At Codeetopis, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied, please review our refund and return guidelines below. Our policy allows returns within 30 days of purchase. Once this period has elapsed, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.
1. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unused and in the same condition as when received.
- In their original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers).
- Intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, and flammable liquids or gases.
- Additional non-returnable items: gift cards, downloadable software, and some health and personal care items.
A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required to process any return. Please do not send items directly to the manufacturer.
2. Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be granted in certain cases, such as:
- Books with clear signs of use.
- Opened CDs, DVDs, software, video games, cassette tapes, or vinyl records.
- Items not in original condition, damaged, or with missing parts not due to our error.
- Items returned after 30 days of delivery.
3. Refunds Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method within a specified timeframe.
Late or Missing Refunds:
- If you haven’t received your refund, check your bank account and contact your credit card company, as processing times may vary.

4. Sale Items
Only regularly priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items are not eligible for refunds.
5. Exchanges

6. Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift at purchase and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit equivalent to the return’s value. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be sent to you.
If the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to later give to you, any refunds will be sent to the original purchaser.

- Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. If a refund is approved, return shipping costs may be deducted.

- Shipping Insurance: For more expensive items, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Codeetopis cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.
